Assembled in Finland with high quality components
The Aquapix high pressure nozzle is made of high quality acid-resistant steel. All nozzle components are manufactured in the EU. The product is assembled in Finland according to ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system. Aquapix is fire tested (OH1) by IFAB GmbH in Germany, Baltic Fire Laboratory in Poland and component tested by Eurofins in Finland.
Easy installation for new and existing water mist systems
Aquapix is also suitable as an extension for all existing water mist systems, as long as the pump station provides the pressure and flow rate required by the nozzle. The pump station can be any high-pressure mist pump provided by any supplier.
Minimize water damage
High-pressure water mist nozzles require less water. Aquapix is particularly suitable for applications where minimizing water damage is crucial, such as museums, hospitals, hotels, wooden apartment buildings, culturally significant sites, and tall office and residential buildings.
60 bar pressure is sufficient
With Aquapix, the entire high-rise building can be protected using a single, centralized pump unit installed at the lower level. This eliminates the need for intermediate booster pumps, reducing system complexity, lowering maintenance requirements, and ignificantly improving overall reliability.
Up to 90% lower environmental impact
High-pressure water mist systems can have up to a 90% lower carbon footprint than traditional sprinkler systems due to their longer lifespan, lower water usage and significantly reduced material usage. The solution lasts more than the lifetime of the building.

Water mist consists of very small water droplets. Its superior firefighting ability is based on vaporization: when the small water mist droplets vaporize, they absorb a significant amount of energy from the fire. This makes water mist an excellent choice for firefighting systems.
